Job Description

Acme Corporation is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Administrative Support professional to join our dynamic team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, managing communications, and ensuring smooth operations across various departments. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or relevant position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism and discretion

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications promptly and courteously
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain and update company databases and records
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Provide general support to visitors and clients virtually
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed
