Job Summary:
Walmart, a globally recognized retail company, is actively seeking a friendly, customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dedicated team on a part-time basis with working hours under 4 hours per day. Job Description:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you are expected to provide top-notch customer service while maintaining store aesthetics. You will be responsible for assisting customers in their shopping needs, including recommending suitable products, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that the sales floor is stocked, clean, and presentable.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, answering any inquiries they may have.
Recommend, select, and help locate the right merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
Explain the use and advantage of merchandise to customers.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
Ensure that the sales floor is stocked and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Must be a team player with a customer-first approach.
