What We're Looking For • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus. • Proven experience in customer service or a call center environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure. • Excellent problem-solving skills and sound decision-making abilities. • Adaptability to various customer personalities and scenarios. • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software. • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office. • Outstanding time management and organizational abilities. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Patience and empathy in resolving customer concerns. • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends. • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
