Role Overview • Seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals for Remote Service Representative positions. • Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, making outbound calls, documenting interactions accurately, and maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism. Key Responsibilities • Accurately enter data and perform typing tasks. • Capture and document customer information. • Upsell products and services when appropriate. • Set appointments in a business-to-customer format. • Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and promotions associated with each campaign. Qualifications • Minimum of one year of call center experience, specifically with an automatic dialer and call scripting (mandatory for remote candidates). • Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and active listening abilities. • Consistent attendance and punctuality. • Preferred sales experience. • High school diploma or GED required. • Basic computer skills and literacy essential. • Experience in an outbound calling environment is beneficial.
