Entry-Level Client Data Specialist

Responsibilities • Manage the creation and updating of client accounts. • Verify and process client profile information. • Handle online bidder approvals. • Maintain accurate data, including mailing lists and sales tax information. • Create reports, process shipping instructions, and manage client survey responses. • Contribute to other administrative tasks as needed. Requirements • A high school diploma is required. • At least 2 years of experience in data entry. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Excellent multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail. • A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn. • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
