We are pleased to share that there are multiple openings for Remote Pharmacy Technicians to support an important pharmacy fulfillment project. Job Type:

6-month contract (project-based) •

Pay Range:

$18 - $21 per hour (dependent on experience, credentials, and location) •

Training Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM for 4 weeks (subject to change) •

Work Schedule:

• After training, shifts will be 8 hours long with a 1-hour lunch break. • Availability is required from as early as 5:00 AM to as late as midnight. • Work will be scheduled 5 days a week, including potential weekend coverage. • Overtime and holiday work may be necessary. ### Key Responsibilities • Respond to prior authorization inquiries and requests while delivering exceptional customer service. • Process member prescriptions and prior authorizations through various computer systems, ensuring accurate data handling. • Evaluate and process prior authorization requests from providers and members for medications not covered by the member's prescription drug plan. • Address issues and complaints promptly and effectively. • Handle inbound phone requests, compiling member data for consultations with pharmacists. • Maintain a safe and secure workspace, communicating any safety concerns to leadership. • Complete additional duties as assigned by management. ### Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent is required. • Must hold an active National or State Board Pharmacy Technician Licensure through: • Pharmacy Technicians Certification Board (PTCB) • State Board of Pharmacy Licensure in the state of residence. • A private and secure home workspace with a hard-wired Ethernet connection is essential. • Must be a permanent resident of one of the specified states. ### Benefits Eligible employees can enjoy a range of comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision plans.
