Provide a high level of professional, competent support in reviewing and documenting accounts of all customers in pre-sales and post-sales situations. Follow procedures and enhance customer relationships and contribute to building customer loyalty. Navigating computer systems to track calls, gather information and effectively resolve customer issues or queries. Sell, cross sell, and upsell the best communication products and services in the market. Handle blended voice and non-voice Qualifications: What were looking for: Ability to work in shifting schedule Willing to work in San Mateo, Rizal.
