General Description: The Senior Medical Manager is responsible for leading and supporting local medical initiatives, ensuring high-quality scientific communication and alignment with global and regional Medical Affairs strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience in Medical Affairs (3 years minimum) with a demonstrated ability to apply medical and scientific expertise in practice. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Comprehensive knowledge of industry ethical and compliance standards and the local reputed company system. In-depth expertise and understanding of the relevant therapeutic area (Oncology and Hematology) and treatment reputed company to effectively support medical activities at the country level.
