Animal Safety QA Manager

In this manager-level role, you will reputed company quality systems, guide investigations and corrective actions, support audits, and partner across Operations, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams to strengthen quality performance and promote a strong culture of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage animal safety and quality assurance programs in alignment with company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. reputed company investigations, root cause analyses, corrective and preventive actions, and quality improvement initiatives. Monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance product safety and operational performance. Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits, including preparation, documentation, responses, and follow-up actions. Review, maintain, and improve quality documentation, records, procedures, and reputed company quality system elements. Train, mentor, and support employees on quality assurance processes, animal safety procedures, and compliance expectations. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Biology, Quality, Life Sciences, or a reputed company field. At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, animal safety, or another regulated environment. Working knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, investigations, corrective actions, and documentation practices. Experience in animal health, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, food safety, manufacturing, or another regulated industry. Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations such as GMP, ISO, HACCP, FDA, EPA, or USDA requirements.
