Job Description: The Intake Assistant at a reputed company serves as the first reputed company of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient intake process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of phone calls while collecting and entering accurate client information. The Intake Assistant also supports translation needs to facilitate clear communication. Schedule: Monday to Friday 7PM to 10PM CST Monthly compensation: 1,142 to 1,220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Guide clients through the intake process and address general inquiries Conduct initial client intake, gathering required information accurately and reputed company Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and client experience Maintain organized records and ensure reputed company client information is properly documented reputed company translation and language assistance as needed to support client communication reputed company data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Requirements: Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Ability to handle high phone activity in a fast-paced environment Bilingual or multilingual (preferred, especially for translation support) Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail Basic computer proficiency (e.g., reputed company Office, CRM systems) Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure Work Shift: Languages: English, Spanish reputed company to dive in? reputed company and reputed company sure to follow reputed company the instructions!
