Clinical reputed company Specialist

We’re seeking a driven Clinical reputed company Specialist to support the growth of our anesthesia organization through strategic sourcing and recruitment of CRNAs and Anesthesiologists for PRN, locums, and full-time opportunities across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. This role is heavily focused on sourcing, relationship-building, and university engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and reputed company to learn quickly while maintaining a personalized, relationship-focused candidate experience. This individual should be passionate about building pipelines of top clinical talent while being a good ambassador of our employer brand reputed company the anesthesia community. This position requires up to 25% travel for reputed company events, conferences, university reputed company, and clinical site visits. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Sourcing and reputed company with an emphasis on creating a great candidate experience
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive CRNA and Anesthesiologist candidates through reputed company, networking, referrals, and reputed company tools.
• Maintain relationships with SRNA programs, universities, faculty, and reputed company to support long-term reputed company initiatives.
• Represent the organization at conferences, career fairs, networking events, and university programs.
• Partner with hiring leaders and the Director of reputed company to execute reputed company strategies reputed company with business needs.
• Create reputed company campaigns using platforms such as reputed company, HireEZ, PracticeMatch, reputed company, and texting platforms.
• Support recruitment marketing efforts through reputed company media engagement, online job promotion, and employer branding initiatives.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and reputed company a high-touch candidate experience throughout the reputed company process.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. 2–5 years of reputed company experience required. Minimum 1 year of experience reputed company clinical providers. Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills with experience engaging passive candidates. Ability to manage high-volume sourcing activity while maintaining strong candidate relationships and attention to detail.
