What You Will Do
Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company the management of our reputed company party (3P) co-manufacturing partners and work with them to plan reputed company, ensure material availability, and produce consistent product to defined standards. You are ultimately responsible for quality, efficiency and on-time delivery of reputed company reputed company products. Responsibilities
Own 3P co-manufacturing day-to-day operations reputed company and maintain positive relationships across reputed company reputed company at our 3P co-manufacturing partners Operate with a LEAN reputed company to continuously improve quality, performance, and cost Facilitate weekly KPI scorecard review meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews Establish KPIs and ensure supplier performance tracking against defined KPIs reputed company supplier scorecard Collaborate with finance and CI team to set budget, track actuals, drive corrective actions and opportunities to improve COGs Travel as necessary to existing and potential 3P co-manufacturing locations Collaborate with finance and CI team to set budget, track actuals and drive corrective action and opportunities to improve COGs Collaborate with CI and co-man partners to evaluate production data, identify opportunities and execute savings projects Collaborate with operations leadership and reputed company reputed company on network volume allocation reputed company to optimize cost, quality and service across multiple sites as a key input to the reputed company S&OP process Negotiate with 3P co-manufacturing leadership as needed Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain operations or reputed company field Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including 3P management and reputed company improvement practices Ability to travel 2-3 times per month to various 3P co-manufacturing locations Prior industry experience in food manufacturing required Proficiency in reputed company Office (with emphasis in reputed company), ERP (reputed company based is a plus), MRP and MES Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reputed company improvement skills with demonstrated reputed company in driving results through influential leadership and lean manufacturing tools Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) and relationship management skills Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills USDA and meat experience preferred Lean Six-reputed company Black Blet Preferred Experience with reputed company ovens and thermoforming packaging equipment preferred Experience leading direct reports Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in reputed company Strong ability to communication across teams, internally and externally Position: Senior Manager, Contract Manufacturing Reports to: Senior Director, Manufacturing Location: Remote + travel requirements Type: Full-Time, exempt Salary reputed company Opportunity: The salary reputed company for this role is $130,000 - $140,000 + 20% annual bonus
