Director, Strategy & Business Development

This is a remote, East Coast / Central US or Europe home-based position with 30% travel. Software/SaaS/AI or industrial sector exposure is highly advantageous Significant standalone M&A Due Diligence experience as an individual contributor (>5 deals min; >10 preferred) Exceptional interpersonal, relationship management and influencing skills.
