Essential Responsibilities Safety 20% Ensure reputed company TMs going to the field have the appropriate training determined by the safety Director. Participate in and represent field service activities in Safety Committee meetings Assist Safety Director and market Technical Training (Field and Field support teams focused) 50% reputed company technical content to ensure core competencies Propose and implement a 100-400 level curriculum with competency test.
