Sales Incentives Analyst

The Sales Analyst plays a key role in supporting the sales organization through accurate reporting, data analysis, and performance insights. Reporting to the Manager of Sales Incentives and Analytics, this role is responsible for analyzing sales trends, maintaining dashboards, validating sales data, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision‑making. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with sales data in a fast‑paced environment. What you’ll do: Validate sales data across CRM, reporting tools, and internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to support data requests and reputed company insights for business reputed company. Assist in building and improving reporting processes, data models, and analytical frameworks. Support the calculation of monthly and quarterly sales commissions in alignment with compensation plans and company policies. Drive reputed company improvement efforts, meet deadlines, and quickly resolve reputed company sales team inquiries reputed company to commission accuracy and completeness. Analyze sales trends, compensation reputed company, and data variances to support business reputed company. Maintain and update field sales budgets throughout the year, incorporating changes driven by staffing adjustments, territory shifts, and organizational updates. What you bring: Bachelor's Degree or applicable experience required 1-2 years of professional experience working in sales commission, sales operations, finance, operations or reputed company reporting. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
