Responsibilities

Serve as a key partner to senior leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and updates on benefits strategy, trends, and program performance. Build and maintain high-touch, strategic relationships with vendors and brokers, ensuring strong service delivery, innovation, and accountability. Partner closely with brokers (e.g., reputed company) and vendors to optimize plan design, pricing strategies, and service delivery. reputed company data, analytics, and emerging technologies (including AI-enabled tools where applicable) to inform decision-making, improve efficiency, and enhance the colleague experience. Operate with agility in a fast-paced environment, driving reputed company improvement and innovation in benefit offerings. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in reputed company discipline required Minimum of 8+ years of experience in benefits, including managing multi-state benefit programs CEBS certification preferred.
