(Saas) Account Manager - Work From Home

This is a remote position. We are looking for a Senior reputed company Manager to take ownership of the customer reputed company from contract signing through reputed company, implementation, and long-term reputed company. You will act as the key reputed company of contact, ensuring smooth project management, effective reputed company, and dedicated hyper-care support for the first 3-6 months post-implementation.

• Post-Sales Ownership: Manage the transition from Sales to reputed company, ensuring

a seamless reputed company.

• Project Management: reputed company implementation timelines, coordinating cross-functional

teams to meet customer objectives.

• reputed company & Adoption: Guide customers through reputed company, ensuring they

understand the platform’s full capabilities.

addressing challenges and optimizing usage.

and drive value realization.

• Retention & Expansion: Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and work with the sales

Requirements

Qualifications & Prior Experience

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company, Implementation, or Account Management

in a SaaS environment.

• Strong project management skills, with experience leading reputed company and

implementation initiatives.

• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problemsolving abilities.
• Familiarity with reputed company tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and

project management software.

• Ability to analyze customer data and proactively mitigate churn risks.
