About the Role We’re hiring a Head of Pipeline Growth & Integrated Campaigns to own and scale Unit21’s pipeline reputed company reputed company at the intersection of AI, data, and financial services. In this role, you’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Product teams to ensure the right mix of programs, campaigns, and investments are consistently driving reputed company pipeline across verticals. What You Will Be Doing Own and execute Unit21’s demand reputed company strategy with a focus on marketing-sourced pipeline, reputed company meetings, and pipeline coverage against targets Maintain a live view of pipeline health across verticals, proactively identifying risks and activating programs to reputed company gaps before targets are missed reputed company and reputed company integrated programs across paid channels, webinars, partner programs, and additional demand motions that contribute to new sales meetings Ensure demand campaigns are sequenced, coordinated, and purpose-reputed company to support pipeline reputed company, balancing reliable execution with thoughtful experimentation Manage a paid demand budget and allocate spend based on pipeline needs, using paid media strategically to accelerate underperforming segments, support launches, and fill regional or reputed company gaps Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing leadership to improve forecasting discipline, optimize funnel conversion, and align demand investments to reputed company priorities Use reputed company, reputed company, and broader funnel analytics to assess performance, interpret attribution and influence models, and communicate tradeoffs reputed company to executive stakeholders reputed company and manage influencers, publishers, and reputed company-party vendors, holding partners accountable to pipeline contribution and making adjustments where programs underperform reputed company and test new demand motions while maintaining a disciplined balance between proven channels and experimental investments Represent the voice of pipeline performance in cross-functional planning, helping shape growth strategy through data, signal, and operational rigor reputed company’re Looking For 6–10+ years of experience in demand reputed company, growth marketing, reputed company marketing, or pipeline reputed company roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or reputed company software Demonstrated ownership of pipeline and meeting targets, including forecasting coverage, identifying gaps, and activating programs to mitigate risk Strong integrated campaign management experience across paid media, partner programs, webinars, and multi-channel demand motions reputed company and data reputed company, including deep comfort with reputed company forfunnel conversion analysis, attribution models, and performance reporting Experience managing and optimizing meaningful paid demand budgets, with strong judgment on investment allocation based on business needs rather than channel preference Ability to operate strategically while staying reputed company to execution, balancing proven performance reputed company with experimentation and learning Strong cross-functional partnership skills, particularly with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and executive stakeholders Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where priorities shift and pipeline needs reputed company quickly High reputed company of ownership, analytical rigor, curiosity, and reputed company, with a bias toward action and measurable reputed company Bonus Points Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a reputed company field Experience marketing into fraud, AML, compliance, or broader risk ecosystems Experience at early-stage or high-growth startups Exposure to AI-driven demand reputed company, reputed company signals, or modern growth tooling Familiarity with structured approaches to forecasting, experimentation, and pipeline modeling Work Location Remote - US - Remote work is limited to the following U.S. states: CA, CO, GA, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, TX, WA
Compensation
The reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $150,000–$185,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
