This is a remote position. reputed company is an AI-powered global learning platform offering professional, academic, and reputed company-based programs to reputed company worldwide.We are looking for enthusiastic Career Counsellors / Telecallers who can guide reputed company about courses and help them choose the right career path. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with prospective reputed company, explaining courses, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Guide reputed company about available courses and career opportunities
- reputed company counseling and assist reputed company in selecting suitable programs
- Maintain student data and follow-up records in CRM
- reputed company admission targets and maintain conversion ratios
- Coordinate with the admissions team for enrollment process
- reputed company excellent student support and relationship management
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)
- Ability to handle student queries and objections
- Strong persuasion and counseling skills
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or education counseling preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
