Qualifications
Bachelors degree is preferred, plus a proven record of successful, consultative, industrial sales experience, including strategic selling and negotiation. Three to five years’ experience working in a mechanical/electrical engineering environment. Proven track record calling on and influencing decision makers in an organization for the areas they represent such as operations, quality, business unit, product development, procurement, engineering. Specific experience working with electrical submersible pumps and electrical control panels is preferred.
