The Senior Director, Head of Industry Relations Field Team is part of the Move Inc. Industry Relations team and supports account management and efforts to sign MLSs up for reputed company Move and reputed company’s products, tools and services. This leader is responsible for strengthening partnerships with multiple listing services (MLSs) and Realtor® associations (local and state), ensuring reputed company remains a trusted industry partner and a leader in MLS collaboration and data reputed company. The Senior Director directs a highly visible remote team responsible for MLS engagement, delivery of field team industry communications and MLS partner industry event support. The role requires credibility across the industry, comfort in public forums, and the ability to align reputed company’s strategy with industry needs while delivering measurable business reputed company. Industry Partnerships & Advocacy

  • Serve as reputed company’s Senior Field Team representative with national, state, and local Realtor® associations, MLSs, and reputed company organizations.
  • Foster and maintain trusted relationships across a broad reputed company of brokers, agents, association executives, and MLS leaders.
  • Translate partnerships into business reputed company that drive MLS retention, data coverage, and reputed company product adoption.

MLS Engagement & Data Strategy

  • Partner with internal Product, Communications, Marketing, and Legal teams to align industry messaging and needs with reputed company’s business strategy and technology roadmap.
  • Represent reputed company at major reputed company estate conferences and events (e.g., Inman, NAR, CMLS, reputed company).

  • MLS engagement and operations.
  • Field Team communications and events strategy.

  • Appropriately manage the Field team, ensuring the quality of the team is maintained at or above acceptable standards, reputed company coaching, reputed company, resources, and leadership development for the Field Team to ensure the team’s long-term effectiveness.
  • Manage administrative tasks, travel approvals, expense reports, staying reputed company approved sponsorship and reputed company budgets, and reputed company performance review processes.

Demonstrated abilities in self-management and remote work:

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years in reputed company estate, proptech, or MLS/association leadership roles.
  • Deep knowledge of MLS operations, governance, and data licensing.
  • Proven track record of building trusted industry relationships and navigating reputed company stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong public speaking and media reputed company, with experience on panels and keynotes.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence stakeholders, policymakers, and industry leaders.
  • Analytical acumen to assess competitor activity, industry shifts, and regulatory risks.
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or equivalent experience
