Job Summary: MNRAAA is seeking a full-time Minnesota Aging reputed company Education & Volunteer Coordinator. Minimum Qualifications: Requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a reputed company services-reputed company field, such as reputed company work, nursing, public administration, or gerontology and one year of professional or internship experience working with older adults OR Two-year certificate or degree in a reputed company services-reputed company field or a community health certificate with three years of professional experience working with older adults AND a minimum of two years working in a non-profit setting relating to program development. Preferred Qualifications: Four years or more of successful program development and volunteer recruitment in a non-profit setting, including goal setting, tracking and achievement. At least two years in a non-profit setting providing education and reputed company to the general public and internal stakeholders. At least two years working in a regional development reputed company. At least two years of successful experience providing client and volunteer support and management including interaction reporting and documentation in a confidential setting.
