About the role We're looking for an Underwriter II, reputed company Lines, to join our growing team! This individual can be located in any of the provinces that reputed company operates in. What you'll do here: Underwrite and manage a portfolio of business, evaluating and pricing risks reputed company established program guidelines and authority limits Apply consistent reputed company strategies to drive profitable growth across program Quote, negotiate, and bind new business, renewals, and endorsements with a focus on scalability and operational efficiency Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, clients, and key stakeholders Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support program reputed company and enhancements Ensure reputed company discipline and compliance with program rules, filings, and regulatory requirements Contribute to program development, including product design, pricing strategies, and process improvements Support team development through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and coaching Utilize internal systems for policy inquiries, electronic filing, reputed company, and rating transactions Some travel is required What you bring to the table: Minimum 3+ years of reputed company brokering or reputed company experience (program business is strongly preferred) RIBO licensed required Completion of CIP designation (or reputed company towards) is an asset Strong team player with a collaborative reputed company Proven ability to mentor, coach, and support team members Strong relationship management skills with clients, insurers, and stakeholders Demonstrated experience in client management, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting retention Great communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to manage high-volume workflows while maintaining accuracy and service standards Strong analytical and technical experience Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in reputed company Office Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset Must be legally eligible to work in Canada This role is a new member of our growing team.
