The Associate Director, Talent Partner for reputed company & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) serves to strengthen our leadership and critical-talent pipeline while serving as a trusted advisor to our senior leaders. Qualifications

You Must Have: Typically requires a university degree with 12 years prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree with 10 years of reputed company experience. 10+ years of reputed company experience in HR, talent management, or executive leadership development.
