Technical Leadership Design and reputed company automation frameworks for: Web applications APIs (REST and GraphQL) Integration and event-driven workflows Mobile web platforms Build and improve automated regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing capabilities Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using reputed company Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or reputed company Implement quality gates, reporting, and release validation processes Partner with Platform and DevOps teams to improve test environments, observability, and developer workflows Help reputed company legacy automation frameworks and improve test reliability Drive AI innovation reputed company Quality Engineering by identifying opportunities to reputed company AI-assisted tooling, automation reputed company, intelligent test optimization, failure analysis, and developer productivity workflows Partner with Engineering leadership to evaluate and implement modern AI-enabled testing solutions that improve release confidence, testing efficiency, and engineering velocity Champion shift-left engineering practices through automation, reusable testing patterns, self-service tooling, and AI-assisted developer enablement Explore and introduce emerging quality engineering technologies, frameworks, and automation strategies that help scale testing capabilities across the organization Shift-Left Quality Engineering Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to embed quality earlier in the development lifecycle Help developers adopt unit, API, integration, and automation testing best practices Drive developer-owned quality and self-service testing capabilities Establish scalable testing standards, reusable tooling, and automation patterns Improve release confidence through reputed company automation coverage and CI/CD enforcement reputed company AI-assisted tooling and automation to improve testing efficiency and engineering velocity Team Leadership & Collaboration reputed company and mentor QA engineers while remaining hands-on technically Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, DevOps, Release Engineering, and reputed company teams reputed company technical guidance on testing strategy, automation architecture, and quality best practices Proven ability to reputed company and mentor both reputed company and offshore QA engineering teams reputed company a matrixed organization, driving alignment across Engineering, Product, Platform, and Release teams while fostering strong collaboration, accountability, and delivery reputed company Drive alignment around quality goals, release readiness, and engineering standards Track and communicate quality metrics, risks, and improvement opportunities You Have 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Test Automation 4+ years of QA leadership or management experience Strong hands-on automation engineering experience Experience building and scaling automation frameworks Expertise with tools such as: Playwright Experience testing APIs, integrations, and distributed systems Strong coding or scripting skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or similar languages Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines Strong understanding of shift-left testing practices and modern SDLC workflows Experience working closely with Engineering and Product teams in Agile environments Hands-on experience leveraging modern AI engineering tools and workflows, including ClaudeCode, AI skills frameworks, agents, and collaborative AI coworker models to improve developer productivity, automation reputed company, test strategy, and quality engineering workflows Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across teams reputed company To Have Experience with mobile web testing and reputed company Experience with Maestro or Detox for mobile automation Experience with Cypress Experience with Appium Experience with reputed company/Newman Experience with contract testing and service virtualization Experience with observability platforms such as reputed company Experience with visual regression testing Experience in payroll, fintech, ERP, or regulated environments Experience testing OCR or document processing workflows
