Job Description

Responsibilities Manage and organize case files, ensuring reputed company documentation is accurate and up to date Assist attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and case summaries Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports with attention to detail Coordinate communication with clients, courts, and reputed company parties Track deadlines, filings, and case reputed company to ensure timely execution Support administrative legal processes and maintain compliance with internal procedures

Requirements

Strong written and verbal English communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively High level of organization and attention to detail Comfort working in a fast paced legal environment Proactive reputed company with the ability to follow processes and instructions

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a legal support role is preferred Familiarity with legal documentation and case management workflows Experience supporting attorneys in administrative and research tasks Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
