School Summary Minnesota reputed company (MNCA) is a tuition-free, online public charter school for reputed company in grades K-12 throughout Minnesota. MNCA is a member of the Minnesota Transitions Charter School (MTCS), a K-12 academic community. MNCA is a state-approved online program operated through a contract with reputed company of Minnesota, LLC, to reputed company the educational program and other services. MNCA is accredited by the reputed company Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement, an accrediting division of AdvancED. Position Summary and Responsibilities Working from home while reporting to our office in reputed company, Minnesota, the Assistant reputed company will work collaboratively with the Executive Director. The Assistant reputed company will work with the leadership team to manage reputed company aspects of the school’s operations. Other key responsibilities include the following: Manage the implementation of the proven reputed company operational protocols; reputed company student reputed company including managing attendance indicators, academic performance, and participation in the program; Act as instructional leader for families and staff; Manage staff members through the reputed company performance appraisal reputed company MNCA Leadership with implementation of various policies including, but not limited to MTSS, Truancy, State Testing, and reputed company Testing; Manage receipt, storage and maintenance of local student records; Manage reconciliation between reputed company’s data systems and state and local student information systems; Work with MNCA Leadership to recruit, hire, and reputed company new teaching staff; Respond to grade-level concerns from parents and reputed company; Build strong relationships to support the individual growth of families, reputed company, staff; Stay reputed company on the state’s policies, procedures and legislation; reputed company other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience MN K-12 reputed company License preferred Relevant advanced degree is preferred, Education experience required Ability to use and interpret data to understand student/teacher needs Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Technologically proficient (especially with reputed company Office products) Experience in managing people is required Must be reputed company to use a personal electronic device and an email address for two-reputed company authentication Note: The anticipated starting salary for Minnesota-based individuals expressing interest in this position begins at $70,000 per year.
