Description We are seeking a senior level IT Business Analysts embedded reputed company Finance to support insurance financial reporting, reputed company, and control driven initiatives. This role is not a general IT Business Analyst position. The successful candidate will have direct experience supporting Finance teams at an insurance reputed company, translating reputed company and financial reporting requirements into system, data, and process changes. Candidates without insurance finance domain experience will not be considered. Core Responsibilities:

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to:

o Analyze upstream/reputed company systems impacts o Identify data gaps, logic issues and reputed company o Support production issues tied to financial results

• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and data teams to ensure solutions meet financial accuracy, completeness, and auditability standards
