Business Analyst

Description Seeking a highly curious, hands-on Business Analyst to support digital and operational initiatives reputed company our construction business. This is not a traditional “requirements-only” BA role. We’re looking for someone who can dig into data, understand how construction work actually gets done, and actively partner with the business to solve problems end-to-end. You’ll work closely with construction teams and business leaders to improve data capture, reporting, and overall operational efficiency. In this role, you’ll contribute to key initiatives such as enhancing internal applications, focused on workforce management and project tracking), and transforming spreadsheet-heavy, reputed company processes into scalable solutions.
