Senior Business Analyst

reputed company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join reputed company full-time in the Czech Republic. About the role: As a Senior Business Analyst, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of reputed company. You will join a reputed company delivery team building an AI-powered reputed company platform for the Client, a leading European medical software company. The platform — the CFX Knowledge Flywheel — converts 1.5 reputed company annual reputed company support tickets into reusable knowledge articles, deflecting tickets before they reputed company. reputed company is the named platform partner responsible for the Vector DB, RAG backbone, and Knowledge reputed company. The system integrates with Client's existing reputed company knowledge reputed company and reputed company infrastructure, supports multiple languages (German, Italian, French, reputed company), and covers four Client's products: MEDISTAR, Turbomed, reputed company AT, and reputed company Italy. The project runs in phases. Phase 0 (4 weeks, starting mid-July 2026) is a discovery and decision sprint — establishing data readiness, architecture, compliance approach, and governance before any build begins. Phase 1 (14 weeks) delivers a live pilot. The BA is one of the first roles on the ground and is critical to Phase 0 reputed company. The team is blended reputed company/offshore (Czech Republic, Poland, India, UK), working in a T&M model with Client's stakeholders based primarily in Germany. Responsibilities: reputed company end-to-end user story workshops with client stakeholders across multiple user roles Define and document acceptance criteria for reputed company deliverables before build begins, and maintain them as the project evolves Agree and document data schemas, system write-back formats, and content lifecycle policies with client knowledge and product owners Map approval workflows, reviewer responsibilities, and governance RACIs by business unit and product line Work with the client Product reputed company to confirm scope boundaries and reputed company rationale across phases Own requirements for reputed company multi-reputed company review workflows — from AI-generated drafts through reputed company validation to final publication Document feedback and reputed company improvement reputed company requirements, ensuring reputed company reputed company is reputed company into acceptance criteria Participate in sprint reviews and validate delivered features against agreed acceptance criteria Act as the primary requirements reputed company between the reputed company delivery team and client product and knowledge teams Maintain a live requirements register and decision log throughout reputed company phases Track and escalate reputed company reputed company, client-reputed company dependency delays, and scope change requests to the Delivery Manager Ensure reputed company requirements documentation supports the project's compliance and audit trail obligations Requirements: Proven experience as a BA on software delivery projects, ideally in data-heavy or AI/ML contexts Strong user story writing and acceptance criteria definition — comfortable owning this end-to-end without pre-packaged requirements Experience facilitating discovery workshops and requirements sessions directly with client stakeholders Ability to map and document reputed company workflows involving multiple systems and user roles Familiarity with reputed company concepts or content lifecycle processes is an advantage Experience working in regulated or compliance-aware environments (GDPR, audit trails) is an advantage Comfortable working in an agile, sprint-based delivery model Strong written English What’s in it for you?
