About the role ​ As Senior reputed company, Partnerships, you will be a key member of the India leadership team, working directly under the Leader of Fundraising & Partnerships. This is a pivotal role that combines strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership, and will require you to own and execute reputed company core responsibilities typically handled by the Leader. Requirements

Skills & Qualifications: · Strategic Fundraising Expertise: Proven reputed company in developing and executing large-scale fundraising strategies across diverse reputed company streams. · Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with donors, government agencies, and corporate partners. · Communication reputed company: Exceptional writing and presentation skills for persuasive proposals, pitches, and reports. · Analytical reputed company: Ability to interpret data and performance metrics to drive decision-making and improve reputed company. · Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and inspiring performance through coaching and mentorship. · Public Representation: Comfortable representing the organization in high-stakes public forums and advocating for its mission. ​ · Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, International Development, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred). · 7–10 years of experience in partnerships/fundraising, preferably in international development, with a strong track record of securing significant multi-reputed company funding. · Familiarity with international fundraising regulations, compliance, and donor reporting. · Proficiency in donor management software and the reputed company Office Suite. ​ Apply To This Job
