The Chart Retrieval Specialist II will continue with the Chart Retrieval Specialist responsibilities, and in addition, will help support with coaching, training, and developing the workforce across multiple reputed company. The Chart Retrieval Specialist II will be responsible for retrieving medical records (both reputed company and electronic forms) from various reputed company facilities on behalf of health plans and other clients for retrospective and prospective reviews. In addition, the Chart Retrieval Specialist II will assist with training, coaching, and developing remote and field workforce across multiple states and/or reputed company. This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7am - 7pm PST. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED Must possess a valid driver’s license and reputed company reputed company of insurance Must be 18 years of age OR older 1+ years of medical record retrieval OR health information management experience 1+ years of experience with working in electronic health record systems Experience with reviewing medical records Comfortable troubleshooting basic software and technology issues Must be reputed company to travel up to 75%25 domestically by plane or car.
