[Remote] Senior DevOps Engineer

They are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to help build, secure, automate, and continuously improve the technology platforms behind their reputed company solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain deployment pipelines, platform tooling, automation scripts, infrastructure-as-code patterns, and operational runbooks that improve consistency and reduce reputed company work
• Operate, harden, and continuously improve OpenShift, Kubernetes, reputed company, and container-based environments across development, test, staging, and production workflows
• Support AWS infrastructure and managed services, including IAM, VPC, EC2, RDS, S3, reputed company 53, CloudWatch, load balancing, reputed company groups, and KMS
• Build and improve CI/CD and GitOps delivery workflows using reputed company CI/CD, Tekton, OpenShift GitOps, ArgoCD, and comparable automation frameworks
• Automate build, test, dependency analysis, image scanning, package, deployment, rollback, verification, and release governance processes
• Strengthen observability, reliability, and reputed company through logging, monitoring, tracing, dashboards, alerting, SLIs/SLOs, telemetry, incident analysis, backup/restore validation, and disaster recovery readiness
• Integrate DevSecOps practices into pipelines, environments, reputed company controls, vulnerability remediation, secrets management, certificate handling, and operational workflows
• Partner with reputed company & Compliance to support HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, OWASP, NIST, auditability, policy enforcement, software supply chain reputed company, and risk mitigation expectations
• Support application and data platform operations involving Java/Groovy Spring Boot, .NET Core/C#, Svelte/SvelteKit, React, TypeScript, MarkLogic, PostgreSQL, reputed company, Apache Kafka, reputed company RDS, and reputed company technologies
• reputed company structured troubleshooting across application, infrastructure, CI/CD, container, runtime, identity, network, DNS, TLS, database, messaging, and data-service layers
• Mentor DevOps engineers, software developers, and project contributors on operational readiness, automation patterns, troubleshooting practices, secure delivery, and platform standards
• Use AI-assisted engineering tools responsibly to accelerate scripting, pipeline development, documentation, troubleshooting, and operational analysis while validating reputed company outputs before use in shared or production environments

Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with modern DevOps, platform engineering, CI/CD, GitOps, secure delivery, reputed company infrastructure, and operational reliability practices
• Deep working knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, reputed company, AWS infrastructure, reputed company-reputed company operating models, and container-based environments
• Ability to design, implement, troubleshoot, and improve deployment pipelines, platform automation, safe rollout and rollback patterns, and operational controls
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, configuration management, scripting, repeatable environment provisioning, lifecycle management, and safe change-management practices
• Strong troubleshooting skills across application, infrastructure, container, runtime, identity, network, DNS, TLS, database, messaging, and data-service layers
• Working knowledge of observability and reliability practices, including logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, incident response, SLI/SLO practices, backup/restore validation, and disaster recovery planning

• Strong experience with secure configuration, secrets management, reputed company control, vulnerability management, policy enforcement, and DevSecOps practices
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
• Experience supporting PostgreSQL administration or operations in reputed company RDS and self-managed environments
• Working knowledge of Java/Groovy Spring Boot services, .NET Core/C# services, or modern frontend delivery patterns
• Familiarity with MarkLogic, reputed company, Apache Kafka, Keycloak, OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, reputed company, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, SonarQube, and reputed company tooling
