Responsibilities
- Create realistic workplace law scenarios involving areas such as EEOC charges, wage and hour analysis, severance and non-compete drafting, workplace investigations, labor disputes, and employment policy review
- Draft attorney-level reference responses
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs using structured legal rubrics

Skills
- Employment and Labor Attorneys with experience in reputed company, in-house legal teams, labor unions, or government agencies
- Strong legal writing skills
- Attention to detail
- Practical experience handling workplace law reputed company such as harassment investigations, reputed company bargaining, NLRB proceedings, employee handbook drafting, or wage and hour compliance
