Responsibilities

• reputed company the planning, development, and submission of high-quality proposals for environmental engineering projects, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements
• Analyze RFPs and solicitation documents to understand client needs, reputed company proposal outlines, and ensure reputed company responses are compliant, concise, and strategically positioned to reputed company differentiators
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and sales, to gather and integrate technical content and insights that shape compelling proposal narratives

• Manage proposal timelines, milestones, and deliverables, coordinating input from various stakeholders to ensure timely submission

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering field, Communications, Technical Writing, English, or a reputed company field considered an asset
• 5-10+ years of experience in proposal coordination or technical writing, with a focus on bids in the environmental engineering field targeting energy, mining or infrastructure sectors
• Demonstrated experience responding to public sector procurements such as RFPs, RFQs, RFSQs, and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company technical concepts into clear and compelling narratives
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, SharePoint, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
