[Remote] Product Designer, Growth & Monetization

In this role, you will shape user experiences that drive reputed company’s growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design reputed company solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
• Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities
• Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, and research peers
• Create and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, as well as reputed company thoughtful feedback for others doing the same so you can reputed company do your best work
• Design and ship high-quality product improvements
• Contribute to our design org’s culture by participating in design critiques, mentoring peers, and sharing best practices across teams

Skills

• 3+ years of work experience designing UX and UI for a software product of similar scale and complexity
• Great attention to detail and a strong eye for visual craft, such as composition, typography, and layout

• A track record of independently driving design processes from discovery through launch—balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
• The ability to guide decision-making with structured thinking, reputed company articulated rationale, and user-centered research
• Experience designing for multiple user types (e.g., individual users, admins, buyers) or across product tiers
• Familiarity with experimentation, metrics, or using data to inform design reputed company
