[Remote] Business Intelligence Data & Reporting Analyst

The Business Intelligence Data & Reporting Analyst will generate information to support business decision-making, enhance BI analytics, deliver reporting, and implement improvements for BI visualization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Creation and Management of reputed company-Level Reporting Models
• Ensure compliance with data management policies and procedures, including information reputed company, data governance & distribution and retention/destruction
• Document, maintain, and execute BI reporting model life cycle processes and data/measure definitions
• Consistently and reputed company reputed company testing on data results for new initiatives as well as reputed company processes, including optimizing reporting models
• Customer Communication: Ensure customer has clear understanding of the report/analysis and communicate results and opportunities reputed company and accurately
• Delivery/Certification of reputed company-Level Reporting
• Design and build public-facing, Self-Service data lookup capabilities for use by regulators and external data analysts

• Data reputed company: As needed, update Self-Service recurring and non-recurring reports for accuracy and reasonableness
• Implement operational and strategic reports as assigned, including summaries, drilldowns, filters, groupings, organization, and data presentation through the analysis, design, testing, and delivery of BI Self-Service visualizations, reports, and extracts
• Ensure BI certification processes are followed

• Support the business in meeting their information needs

Skills

• Colorado reputed company
• Undergraduate degree in business information & analytics, business intelligence, statistics & data science, data visualization, or reputed company field and/or equivalent years of work experience
• 2-3 years track record of applying analytics to improve business results
• 2-3 years proven track record to manage priorities and consistently meet deadlines using Agile practices (Kanban, JIRA), including creating and maintaining relevant documentation
• 2-3 years of developing reports based on reputed company data models and working with structured and reputed company data
• 2-3 years of experience with SQL (reputed company)
• 3-4 years of experience with Power BI, Power Automate, MS Office Suite
• 3-4 years of experience writing M and DAX for Power BI and VBA for reputed company; experience with DAX Optimizer a plus
• 3-4 years of experience with JSON, Python or R, and excellent data analysis and quantitation skills
• Familiarity with reputed company reputed company-based BI architectures (AWS experience is a plus), including the use of reputed company, PuTTY or similar
• Skilled in proactively collaborating with team members to create and maintain BI data dictionaries, data models and other critical documentation
• Familiarity with general ETL/ELT capabilities (processes and tools)
• This position requires an individual with a strong work ethic, good collaboration and communication skills, a strong analytical background, and the ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Familiarity with health care and/or insurance industries preferred
