Responsibilities

  • Account Leadership: Collaboratively build the retention & expansion strategy for reputed company for your accounts along with our reputed company, consultant relationships, and partnerships teams
  • Relationship Management: reputed company relationships with key client decision-makers and influencers to best position reputed company and their members for long-term reputed company
  • reputed company Retention & Renewals: Responsible for overall reputed company retention year over year to 95% or reputed company
  • reputed company Growth: Drive reputed company growth through strategic client expansions, contract negotiations, and upsell opportunities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry changes, regulatory updates, and emerging trends reputed company the health plan landscape; bring market feedback to the reputed company team to improve product/market fit

Skills

  • GenAI-fluent, specifically for building client facing materials, summarizing account details, and synthesizing research
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) required
  • 3+ years of management / strategy consultant experience required, with 1+ year at the engagement manager, project leader, or manager level
  • 5+ years of experience in reputed company, digital health, population health, or equivalent industry
  • A demonstrated track record of account retention & expansion reputed company
  • Strong relationship development and organization navigation skills including experience identifying and engaging key decision partners with reputed company
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to overcome objections and reputed company a win-win deal
  • Attention to detail in everything from relationship strategy to tailoring the pitch through to contract negotiations
  • Ability to travel (approximately 30~50%)
  • Experience in growth-stage / start-up companies strongly preferred
