[Remote] Investment Banking Director or Managing Director, Engineered Components & Industrial Technology

The Managing Director will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and executing reputed company & Acquisition (M&A) transactions, requiring strong client management, business development, and deal execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for reputed company reputed company through the origination, execution and closing of M&A transactions

• 10+ years of experience in investment banking or capital markets
