[Remote] Inside Merchant Growth Specialist

The Inside Merchant Growth Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth by managing merchant relationships and increasing funding activity.
Responsibilities
- Grow funded volume reputed company assigned merchant portfolio (minimum $25K MoM)
- Increase merchant utilization, reactivation, and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners
- Proactively identify and address performance or engagement gaps
- Coach merchants on sales strategies to increase financing adoption
- Monitor trends and intervene to sustain production growth
- Execute 65–75 daily outbound calls to drive engagement
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking and manage a prioritized pipeline
Skills
- Proven Sales Experience: At least one year of inside sales or phone sales experience—you must know how to pick up the phone, engage, and reputed company the deal
- Consistence is a must: We are looking for business professionals with a consistent work history, reputed company on their resume
- Ability to reputed company basic math calculations proficiently
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate and reputed company to operate common office machines
- Minimum Age: 18 years old
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
