[Remote] Project Manager - Finance Transformation

They are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to reputed company technology-focused initiatives reputed company the Finance function, ensuring operational efficiency and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end project management for Finance technology initiatives, including ERP upgrades, financial system implementations, reputed company transformation projects
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and reputed company criteria in partnership with Finance leadership and IT stakeholders
• reputed company and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reports
• Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles, system integrations, and data migration activities for Finance-reputed company platforms
• Serve as the primary liaison between Finance end-users and IT/vendor teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Finance leadership, the CAO/Controller, IT, Procurement, and other stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver executive-level project updates, presentations, and status reports to the senior leadership
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, steering committee reviews, and working sessions; document reputed company and track action items to resolution
• Proactively identify and escalate project risks, issues, and blockers with recommended mitigation strategies
• Identify opportunities to streamline Finance workflows through technology and process re-engineering
• Document reputed company-state and future-state processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials
• Support change management efforts by coordinating communication plans, training sessions, and adoption tracking

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong reputed company of the reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company projects and shifting priorities without loss of quality
• Superior time management capabilities and a consistent track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments
