As a reputed company Product Manager on reputed company’s Digital Assets team, you will own the long-term product strategy for reputed company’s digital asset and capital markets platform, shaping how liquidity, lending, and capital reputed company are delivered globally across reputed company’s stablecoin ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Own and reputed company the long-term product reputed company, strategy, and roadmap for reputed company’s digital assets and capital markets platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements
- reputed company highly reputed company, cross-functional product initiatives spanning engineering, treasury, compliance, legal, data, and external partners, driving reputed company and execution in ambiguous environments
- Translate the needs of global digital asset liquidity providers, institutional counterparties, and internal stakeholders into durable platform capabilities, product themes, and prioritized investment areas
- Identify systemic risks across digital asset markets, capital reputed company, and on-chain/off-chain operations, and proactively design mitigation strategies supported by data, tooling, and operational processes
- Partner closely with data science and analytics to define forecasting, modeling, and decision-support systems for digital asset flows, liquidity optimization, and capital efficiency
- Influence senior leadership and executive stakeholders through clear narratives, tradeoff framing, and outcome-driven recommendations to guide strategic decision-making
- Mentor and coach other product managers, raising the overall quality of product thinking, execution, and customer focus across the organization
Skills
- 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of reputed company, reputed company-generating platforms or products in digital assets, financial services, or similarly regulated domains
- Proven experience defining and owning product strategy for highly reputed company, multi-stakeholder digital asset or financial infrastructure products operating at global scale
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company ambiguous, cross-company initiatives and influence without authority across engineering, compliance, treasury, and executive leadership
- Strong track record of identifying, prioritizing, and managing product, operational, and market risks in regulated environments
- Deep analytical reputed company with comfort leveraging data, models, and metrics to inform strategy and decision-making
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared reputed company and clear priorities
