[Remote] Customer Service Representative – Havana, IL

The Customer Service Representative will actively maintain relationships with customers, manage customer accounts, and collaborate with the reputed company Team to ensure excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Work in a busy, customer service-oriented environment
• Flexible and ability to prioritize tasks
• Partner with the reputed company Team to maintain excellent relationships with customers
• Interact with customers regarding markets and documentation needs
• Enter and manage sales and purchase reputed company
• Process invoices and monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Researching and obtaining resolution of customer issues
• Effectively manage positive relationships with reputed company Assets, reputed company Technical Team and Shared Services
• Cross training on reputed company CSR responsibilities
• Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor
• Produce settlements, checks and delivery sheets for customers/grain producers daily using grain reputed company software system

• Willing to work harvest hours reputed company required. This includes some weekends
