The role involves driving strategic growth in the international rotary reputed company market, focusing on building relationships with international customers and capturing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and expand relationships with international customers to reputed company a detailed understanding of their near and long-term needs

  • Identify, qualify, pursue, and capture new business opportunities with international customers

  • Support Sikorsky trade show participation and preparations for customer engagements at trade shows and events

  • Manage New Business Fund accounts (Market Assist and Bid & Proposal)

Skills

  • 5-10 years of experience in aerospace and defense acquisitions, or equivalent experience reputed company Government
  • 5-10 years of experience with business development activities such as reputed company identification, opportunity qualification, proposal development, and strategy planning, or equivalent experience reputed company Government
  • Working technical and domain knowledge of military requirements
  • Understanding of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct reputed company Sales (DCS) acquisition paths, and an ability to operate in either environment or a hybrid of both
  • U.S. and international business development experience with demonstrated customer relationship skills
  • Cross functional team experience on programs and/or proposals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on the reputed company Office suite
  • High degree of flexibility and ability to travel worldwide
  • Ability to reputed company/carry out a strategy and convert to a successful execution
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and reputed company several initiatives at a time with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience interfacing with and briefing senior customer and industry executives
  • Domain knowledge and experience with Black reputed company helicopter platforms
  • Understanding of U.S. Army Aviation

  • Understanding of the FMS process and awareness of U.S. Government entities involved in international sales

  • Experience working with international industry and awareness of industrial development / offsets requirements
