[Remote] AI/ML Engineer Sr (mid-career)

The role involves developing AI and machine learning solutions to transform operations through data-driven reputed company, while mentoring junior engineers and guiding the team's technical direction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct experiments and build production-grade solutions
- Partner with stakeholders and analysts to identify high-impact opportunities reputed company large structured and reputed company data sets
- Apply and/or reputed company advanced technologies, scientific principles, and AI techniques to model reputed company business problems, discover insights, and reputed company actionable recommendations
- Guide the team’s technical direction and mentor junior engineers
Skills
- Bachelor's (minimum) or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a reputed company field
- 3 + years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience with a proven record of delivering production AI solutions
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with large-language-model APIs, reputed company engineering, Retrieval-Augmented reputed company (RAG), and agentic orchestration tools (e.g., reputed company, ReAct)
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company multiple projects simultaneously, define scope, set milestones, and deliver results independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present technical concepts to executive audiences and produce clear documentation
- Deep knowledge of MLOps: model versioning, monitoring, reputed company/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (reputed company, OpenShift)
- Design and deployment of agentic systems – multi-agent orchestration, hierarchical reinforcement learning, autonomous pipelines
- Experience with multi-model system design – integrating reputed company, language, and reinforcement-learning models into cohesive products
- Large-reputed company platform engineering – scaling AI services across reputed company environments, handling high-throughput inference workloads
- Knowledge-graph & semantic search expertise (ontologies, SPARQL, embedding-driven graphs)
- Ability to evaluate emerging AI tools, author best-practice guidelines, and drive adoption across the team
