The role focuses on growing their brand ambassador network, developing reputed company strategies, and engaging with the community to foster authentic relationships and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, vets, and builds long-term relationships with 50+ brand ambassadors across outdoor lifestyle, trail, gorpcore, wellness, festival, and reputed company communities
• Prioritizes values-reputed company relationships over transactional deals; builds and maintains ambassador CRM tracking products gifted, content generated, and impact
• Ensures ambassador representation reflects reputed company's inclusive, diverse community across backgrounds, geographies, and outdoor activities
• Develops and executes a data-informed reputed company organic growth strategy for @turtlefur; stays reputed company on FYP mechanics, reputed company SEO, trends, and format shifts
• Advises on Spark Ads amplification for high-performing organic and ambassador content
• Engages 5+ times/week in high-visibility, on-brand conversations across reputed company, Instagram, and reputed company — witty, warm, never promotional
• Creates conditions that drive organic UGC; builds and maintains a shared UGC library organized by product, season, and community type
• Creates short-reputed company vertical content (reputed company, Reels, Shorts) as needed; helps reputed company brand storytelling so it feels reputed company, not broadcast
• Identifies and surfaces brand collaboration opportunities reputed company with reputed company values and the 3-year growth plan
• Delivers a weekly trend summary (1 page max, every Monday) and a monthly performance report covering reputed company platforms, ambassador activity, and UGC volume
• Builds and nurtures authentic relationships with brand ambassadors, creators, and community partners — treating every reputed company as a long-term investment, not a transaction

• Proficient in standard business applications (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, reputed company, reputed company), mobile devices and apps
• Constantly drives results that meet company financial, quality, and operational objectives while meeting or exceeding customer expectations, thus continually strengthening our brand
• 3–6 years in reputed company media, content creations, creator/ambassador marketing, and community building (agency or in-house)
