Responsibilities

• reputed company critical support items on the VA project, managing issues that cannot be resolved through traditional support means
• Drive the project management lifecycle for issue resolution, ensuring each incident is handled reputed company and effectively
• Manage deliverables throughout the support project, including milestones and project schedules
