We are seeking a highly reputed company and strategic Senior Manager, Equity Administration to reputed company reputed company’s global equity programs through a critical growth phase, including IPO readiness and execution. This role will own the end-to-end equity administration function, ensuring compliance, scalability, and operational reputed company across reputed company employee equity plans. This individual will be a key cross-functional partner to Legal, Finance, HR, Payroll, and external advisors, and will play a pivotal role in designing and executing equity strategies reputed company with public company standards. Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-reputed company skills, qualification, education, experience, and location.
