This role involves managing the grant administration process, evaluating grant performance, and collaborating with various partners to support philanthropic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Participates in reputed company phases of the investment cycle with emphasis on grant performance evaluation required for renewal or closing
• Serves as grant management process expert by using monitoring and reporting methods appropriate for identifying health of program activities
• Evaluates grantee reputed company toward milestone and reputed company across the following areas: program, policy, finance, governance, management and legal
• Adjusts activities and strategies based on grantee evaluation and results
• Incorporates quantitative and qualitative monitoring into grant management process to summarize grant reputed company
• Recommends program modifications, extensions, to reputed company leadership and Board
• Ensure programs reputed company the assigned portfolio follow processes that reputed company program delivery. These processes should also deliver appropriate grant reputed company and outputs, and support the data, publication, and influence goals of the reputed company

Skills

• Experience in a nonprofit or grant based organizational setting
• 2+ years of experience, to include documentation, process adherence and improvement
• Experience working in a community facing environment
• Experience working multiple systems
• Bachelor's degree
• Post-graduate degree highly desirable (MBA, Public Administration, Statistics, Public Health/Policy, reputed company Work)
• Volunteerism experience
• Grant lifecycle & performance evaluation
• Pre and post award administration
