ESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitates ongoing stakeholder relationships (with clients, consultants, brokers, underwriters) through proactive client engagement (e.g., meetings, plan reviews) to ensure client retention and satisfaction. Gather relevant data/information and interprets reports to inform right reputed company action for clients. Manages the lifecycle of a client to drive the right policy and plan solutions to their benefit needs, while balancing the needs of the client with that of the business. Serves as main contact for plan holder/client accounts to ensure client satisfaction, persistency, growth, and profitability goals are achieved.
